Boiler Servicing

All makes serviced

Kane gas combustion analysers are used on all services with a customer printout.  Analysers are sent to Kane annually for calibration

We also send a customer reminder card or email one month in advance of the next service due date - Saturday appointments are available

Landlords Certificates

These safety checks on landlords premises can be booked in together with boiler servicing.  Gas fires, Cooker ranges, Freestanding Cookers and Hobs are all covered.

Controls

Wireless, Wired and Smart phone app controls are offered on all installations such as Vaillants Vsmart control system which enables you to control your home system from anywhere as long as you have wifi intemet available.

Powerflushing and system treatment

All new systems flushed and treated as standard.  All new boiler changes and upgrades flushed as standard

System Treatment can be added to systems weeks prior to an upgrade if required to improve flushing results at time of install

We use Fernox Treatment chemicals and magnetic system filters.  Combimate Filters fitted to all Combination boiler installations

Unvented Cylinder Installations

Our engineers have the G3 qualification to install these modern type of hot water storage vessels.  Can save energy space and be connected to a variety of heat sources from combustion boiler, air source heat pumps, solar panelling and electric only.

Installing these cylinders into your home does away with fill tanks in your loft space as well.  When connected with a system boiler and electric element in the event of boiler failure the household can still have hot water via heating with electricity until the boiler failure issue is corrected.

General Gas Services

We install and test Freestanding cookers, Cooker ranges and hobs.  Gas rate and combustion issues all tested

We also handle Gas fire installation servicing and cap offs.

We can move Meters up to two metres as part of our MET 1 Qualification.

We can handle small to medium sized standard and bespoke coldroom installations - Coldroom, freezer room, dairy deck, beer cellar, ice machine and service cabinet servicing and repairs

System Degas and test and evaporator and condenser coil pressure wash and return to new condition offered on systems (excellent on dirty Air Conditioning systems)
